60 Minute Individual Session: $160 (telehealth/face to face)

60 Minute Couples Session: $210 (telehealth or face to face)

FAQ’s

  • You can tell me as much, or as little, as you feel comfortable telling me. I will always have some questions and a plan around what we are aiming to achieve together and will guide this process for you, but this is flexible and will change session to session depending on what is important for you at that time.

  • Psychotherapists and counsellors in Australia are not currently eligible for medicare rebates. Please contact me about your personal health fund to discuss whether you can obtain a rebate.

  • Therapy can be really scary, and it is really normal to feel uncomfortable going into this. The first session we will discuss what you would like some support with and I will create a personal plan of how we could do that together, this plan is flexible, collaborative, and will change to meet your needs.

  • In the first session I will see you together and will ask questions to gain insights about your relationship. The second session/s will involve seeing each of for separate 60 minute sessions to ask you some individual questions about your relationship. We will discuss goals and different approaches to best suit you and I will create a personal plan to help you make the shift that you want to make which will be flexible and collaborative.

  • I currently offer both Telehealth and in-person sessions. I am offering in-person sessions on Thursdays and Fridays and Telehealth sessions most other days.

    Since covid, telehealth has been a major platform for providing therapy, and has been found to be just as effective as face-to-face.
